Supai: The Most Isoloated Village in USA


Supai is a village located on the territory of the Havasupai Indian Tribe reservation. And this reservation is in one of the most visited places in North America, Grand Canyon.

The Havasupai tribe is living on the territory of the canyon for at least eight centuries. And although the nearest highway is just a few miles away, one can get here only by foot or on a helicopter. The village of Supai is the only place in the Us where the mail is still delivered by mules. The total number of people here is around 600 people. In our days, they earn their income from tourism
