In a celebration of classic automotive elegance, the Monterey Peninsula
on the coast of California played host to a show of myriad
million-dollar cars, all in town for the 2014 Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance.
The annual event took place on Thursday this week alongside other
related car shows that paraded a long line of ultra-rare vintage
vehicles down the ocean-side roads of Northern California, onto the
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and finally put on display at the maritime town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. The best things about the Tour d’Elegance, aside from the stunningly rare Bentleys, Ferraris, Maseratis, Rolls-Royces and then some, is that it’s all free and open to the public for viewing.
