Ice Hotel

Twenty-five years ago in the Swedish town of Jukkasjärvi was opened the world’s first hotel made entirely out of ice. It was called simply Icehotel, and it still holds the status of the biggest ice hotel in the world.

As you can understand, it can’t function all year round; it operates only three months, in the winter. Every year, this hotel is visited by about fifty thousand people. This year, on the occasion of the anniversary, the design of the hotel was renewed.
