Amazing Feather Paintings by Jamie Homeister

American artist Jamie Homeister paints amazing pictures on bird feathers, thus recreating the culture of the ethnic peoples of the present territory of the US and Canada.

Using feathers as a canvas, Jamie Homeister paints mainly animals and birds. Although, the most part of her works are paintings of birds: finches, parrots, owls, eagles and many more. Some birds are painted on their own feathers. The author says that painting on feathers is a very laborious way to implement a talent. The feathers are glued together by the paint and loose their shape. However, it is more satisfying to look at the result.

Digital Wonder..!!

Using an enticing mix of computer digital effects and traditional photography, Ukrainian artist Alex Koloskov can create a whole host of wondrous shapes. Out of thin air, flowers are formed from the stroke of a digital paintbrush and water is twisted into the shapes of butterflies and black roses. It is a joy to behold such imagination.

Sakurako Kitsa’s Food Delicacies

Just these two decorative dishes are a thing to see! Wow! The artist Sakurako Kitsa creates each dish with care and detail, as if she were creating a children’s book. Here is Kitsa’s self-portrait… I suspect her name is an artistic one, and no hint that she is in fact Japanese. -Adriana de Barros, from Scene 360 Illusion
